Don’t Stand On Your Head!
My mother said, “Myron,
don’t stand on your head!
Your face is all puffy.
Your cheeks are all red.
Your hair is disheveled.
Your eyeballs are crossed.
Your normally charming
expression is lost.
Your ears are all swollen.
Your nose has turned blue.
Get off of your head now
I’m ordering you.
Before I become
an emotional wreck.
Don’t stand on your head!
Put it back on your neck!!”
